Place Your Order Online

Browse our products and complete your order through our website.
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and choose your preferred pickup location.

Processing & Ready Time

Orders are typically ready for pickup within 30 minutes – 2 hours during business hours.
You will receive a confirmation email or text when your order is ready.

Pickup Hours

Daily Pickup Available: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days a week
ID Required: You must be 21+ and present a valid government-issued photo ID to pick up your order.

How to Order for Delivery

Visit our website and place your order online.
At checkout, select “DoorDash Delivery” instead of pickup.
Your order will be processed and dispatched to a DoorDash driver within 1 hour 30 minutes or less, depending on driver availability.

Delivery Area & Timing

Delivery Radius: Available within a set radius of our partner locations.
Fast Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 6:30 PM will be delivered the same day.
Real-Time Tracking: Once your order is out for delivery, you’ll receive tracking updates via DoorDash.

Delivery Requirements

You must be 21+ and present a valid government-issued ID to the DoorDash driver.
If no one is available to receive the order, the driver cannot leave the package unattended.

If an order cannot be delivered due to ID verification failure or no recipient present, no refund will be issued.Pricing & Free Pickup

Pickup Orders

If your order is not picked up within 48 hours, we may cancel it and issue a refund.
Canceled orders may be subject to a restocking fee.

Delivery Orders

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been picked up by a DoorDash driver.
If an order cannot be delivered due to ID verification failure or no recipient present, no refund will be issued.

We strictly adhere to federal, state, and local regulations regarding the sale of nicotine products.

Valid government-issued photo ID is required for both pickup and delivery.
We comply with Texas Health & Safety Code (Section 161.082), which prohibits the sale of vape products to individuals under 21 years old.
