3. Order Fulfillment & Processing Times
Local Pickup
✔ Orders are typically ready within 30 minutes – 2 hours.
✔ Pickup is available 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days a week.
✔ Orders must be picked up within 48 hours or may be canceled and refunded.
🚨 ID is required for pickup. If you fail to present a valid ID, your order will not be released.
DoorDash Delivery
✔ Orders are typically delivered within 1 hour 30 minutes after processing.
✔ Delivery is available within the designated service area.
✔ A 21+ adult must be present to receive the order.
🚨 If the recipient fails to provide ID or is unavailable, the order will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
4. Refunds, Cancellations & Returns

Orders may be canceled before pickup or before the DoorDash driver picks up your order.Once the order has been picked up by a driver, it cannot be canceled or refunded.✔ Pickup Orders
Orders not picked up within 48 hours may be canceled and refunded.A restocking fee may apply to canceled pickup orders.✔ Delivery Orders
If an order cannot be delivered due to an invalid address, missing ID verification, or customer absence, no refund will be issued.🚨 Due to health and safety regulations, all vape and nicotine product sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.
5. Prohibited Uses
